Hotel staff are phenomenal. Hotel is new and very clean. We booked a king size bed. It takes up most of the room. The bed is very firm. I was present with other family and they stated there beds were comfortable. Hotel personnel moved us to two queen beds and the room appears to be much larger . The queen beds seemed much more comfortable. Disclaimer, I suffer from lower back pain. However, the queen beds seemed more soft . I really enjoyed my three day stay. I engaged with three different front desk staff and all deserve a standing ovation.
