Overall an extremely clean and modern building. There is one lady who works front desk in the AM is extremely mean and cold. However, the other staff including housekeeping, kitchen staff and other front desk agents are so genuinely kind that their encounters made up for her cold , rude behavior. She is not someone you want to meet upon your first impression at such a lovely hotel.

Not only was my check in delightful but I also called to check on the room I had asked for and the female was very helpful!!! I’m usually cheap when it comes to a one night stay but since I was traveling with family, I splurged and not only did the rooms (I asked for adjoining rooms) exceed expectations, but the staff made it worth every penny for the few hours we were there! Thank you so much for everything and I hope we meet again!

You have everything you need within walking distance. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were fantastic and always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, I went up to the check-in desk, there was a gentleman there who was very unfriendly, didn’t greet me at all, I was thrown off by his demeanor but I said I was here to check-in, gave him the name on our reservation. He then typed some into the computer, again not having said anything to me yet. Then he tells me my total and it was way more than what my reservation was for, that I had ALREADY PAID for through Agoda. I told him “we already have paid through Agoda though” and he gives me some weird looks and says nothing and types into the computer and then gets the room keys ready to hand to me and tells me there’s breakfast in the morning and the checkout time. Huge red flag, he totally tried to swindle money out of me no doubt. I reluctantly went forward with the stay, I felt very uncomfortable with staff. We passed a housekeeper in the hallway who stared us down like we were in the twilight zone. The room itself was clean and spacious, nothing really much in the room other than a mini fridge. No microwave or coffee maker, definitely can find better for the price range. If I had booked more than just one night, I would’ve been much more disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend. Also at checkout it was 2 different people than the man the evening before, but they also were giving off some odd vibes. Nothing welcoming, honestly very strange behavior for a Hilton owned hotel. We’ve stayed at many places and have never had anything happen quite like this. I was counting the hours before we could leave, I didn’t want to lose my money and cancel because there would be no refund at that point. Pros: bed and pillows were comfy. New hotel so of course everything is in decent condition. That’s all for pros. Con: AC locked at 68 and never fully felt that, more like 72. Air doesn’t reach bathroom so bath area stays very humid and stuffy. STAFF is uncomfortably unfriendly. You have to swipe your key card to use the elevator, key cards didn’t seem sensitive enough and it’d take multiple times on doors and elevator to scan and work correctly.
