First time staying at a Tru Hotel & I must say, that I'm pleasantly surprised about a few things actually. 1️⃣They're pet friendly & the pet deposit is only $25!
2️⃣ Breakfast is served from 6am-10am!! & it was included for free!
3️⃣ They have Foosball tables, giant connect-the-dots & other games/activities in the lobby/dinning area, that are free to use for guests!
& the room was very spacious rooms & all the hotel staff were beyond accommodating and super polite. I would definitely recommend.

Let’s just start by saying this hotel was in a great location and it was a nice area. Other than that the staff were terrible…in particular a staff with a curly Afro, light skin, lip piercing, with glasses. She seemed bothered every time I needed something and was watching movies on the clock with AirPods in as I’d walk up. She was just flat out rude.
As far as the soap it has more in it than they are leading on, I don’t have sensitive skin but had an insane allergic reaction to their soap where I broke out in hives and bumps.
When we arrived to the hotel it was a very small room thank God it was only for 3 days BUT the sheets and pillows were DIRTY with spots on them.
Still told the same woman where she stayed we’d just have to sleep on them for now.
We were missing a towel in our room as I told her she also tried to make me bring my partners towel down just for me to get one.
All in all worst experience at a hotel in my life.
