    Very nice property, location 10/10, Service 10/10, staff is really polite and helpful specially maneger Gemraj ji if you have a family go with this property without any hesitation it's safe and nice

    We stayed at this hotel for around 40 days, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly, especially the manager, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooftop has a beautiful view of Jaisalmer Fort and the entire city, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during our stay, but apart from that, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

    When I stayed here previously, the hotel was excellent. However, during my recent stay, the cleanliness standards had declined. The linens were not clean, and the toilet flush was not functioning properly. Although the staff remained helpful and courteous, the hotel has unfortunately lost its charm.
