    Stayed in the Triple M Resort in Ban Tat because we were cycling with friends that stay in that area. Booked a deluxe room for 900 baht via agoda, big room with parking right at the door. Bed was comfortable with quality linens provided. Air-con worked well cooling the room. Lovely big bathroom with American Standard fittings with rail shower Also. Never tried their breakfast as we were cycling early morning to beat the heat. Staff were very friendly and smiling all the time. Will stay again for sure, probably later this year. We'll recommended if you're in the area.

    I stayed at Triple M Udon Thani during Songkran and would rate my experience 3 out of 5. On the positive side, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is also convenient, with nearby convenience stores and a local market. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The room door was very tight and difficult to open. Although we booked a family room, the bathroom setup seemed more suitable for only two people, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom design also lacked privacy, as it has a large glass panel covered only by a blind, which did not feel secure when someone was using it. The air conditioning unit was too small for the room size, especially during the hot Songkran season, making it hard for the room to cool down after returning from outside. Additionally, there were quite a few ants, mosquitoes, and even a lizard in the bedroom, which made the stay less comfortable. Overall, while there are some good aspects, improvements are needed to make the stay more comfortable.

    Not much more you can ask for. It’s reasonably priced and for where we needed to be it was a good location. The rooms are a good size and are clean.

    Surprisingly high quality in the middle of nowhere. If you want comfort, Western standards and quality then this is a place for you. Everything is thought of, it's abundant and welcoming and comfortable. The only criticism I'd have is the cynical head of reception. He speaks great English but was rude, suggesting I didn't know how to close the door properly when I reported the lock is out of battery, just to be changing the batteries next day. Also it is not allowed to have food delivered to this hotel, or so I was told. The same guy told me because they have restaurant I can't order grab to my room and neither I can have it wait at the reception. I have to walk all the way to main gate. Note the hotel restaurant is not 24/7. And the food at the restaurant is 2-3x more expensive than at similar restaurants outside the hotel, the quality of food is just ok for what it costs. The other staff is truly wonderful, very helpful and smiling, with them you can tell it's sincere smiles and sincere kindness. There's a lot to do at this hotel with family and children. The internet connection is good if you have to work it's a good place.
