    The property is clean and beautifully located outside the town. But it is very difficult to climb. Needs a lift

    It was a nice stay in the hotel. The staffs were great and the owner/manager was very nice. The rooms were not only big but very clean. It also had a small kitchen like space and balcony. The main difficulty was it was not having any lift. From where you get down from your vehicle, you will need to climb 3 flight of step stairs to reach the reception and the there are 5 floors all having step risers. We were given a room at top floor and it was extremely difficult for us to climb up and down every time. So if you plan to stay ask for room on ground floor. Even though you will have to climb 3 flight of stairs to get to the road. The hotel is almost inside a forest and far away from the main city. So if you plan to explore Shillong city better stay near Police Bazar. There are hundreds of hotel, I have been to shillong more than fifty times so it didnt bother me. I liked the area of this hotel.

    We stayed one night as a group of four with two kids. The location is great and the rooms are very spacious, which was the best part. However, there’s no lift, and the breakfast could be better. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawback.
