Great for staycation

Our stay was exceptional overall. The amenities were excellent, and the service throughout our stay was good.
The only area that could be improved is the checkout experience. When we checked out, the staff were not as accommodating as we had hoped in assisting with our luggage and other belongings. Only one staff member offered to help. We carried everything we could ourselves, and since the house was quite far from the parking area, we assumed the remaining items would be brought over by the staff while we waited. However, after waiting for some time, we realized that no one had brought the rest of our belongings, so we had to walk back to the house and carry the remaining items ourselves.
Aside from this checkout experience, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful amenities. With a more attentive checkout process, the overall guest experience would be even better.

Perfect for group travelers that need a wind down from the hustle and bustle of the city. Super peaceful and relaxing, not to mention aesthetic!

Beautiful place to stay at.
Only down side is with the super hot weather we are getting nowadays the tree house does not have aircon. If you wish to have aircon I was informed the dome accommodation has aircon.
