best thing you notice in this hotel is a sign bord near reception , "UNMARRIED COUPLE NOT ALLOWED" , you can visit here with your family and children , i see other hotel doing oyo type booking of hours rate, you cant feel okay with your family at their, but at TREEBO, it to so much good to see , a palace where you can feel safe with your family, there is no space for nudity at this hotel , thanks to managemnt for this limitation

⭐ 1/5 — “Premium Room” in Price Only. An Absolutely Horrible Experience. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever experienced. We stayed from 21st to 24th October and paid for the hotel’s most premium and expensive room, expecting a certain minimum standard of hygiene, maintenance, comfort and hospitality. What we got was the complete opposite. Let me start with the most disgusting part: an insect was found in the aloo paratha served at breakfast. Yes, an INSECT in the food. At that point, the word “premium” became almost laughable. (Please confirm with your staff if you think this is fake, I showed the same to them all including the black dress guy calling himself as restaurant manager). Food hygiene is not a luxury feature — it is a basic requirement for any hotel. Then came the room. The room was horribly damp and smelled of moisture constantly. Not occasionally. Not slightly. ALL THE TIME. The smell was so bad that walking into the room immediately made you feel that something was seriously wrong with the place. I have attached photographs because otherwise it would be difficult to believe the condition of a supposedly premium room. The dampness had clearly taken its toll on the furniture as well. Furniture was visibly deteriorated, and there were leaks as well. This was not some tiny cosmetic issue that could be overlooked. The overall condition gave the impression of a room that had been neglected for a very long time. Honestly, I have seen better-maintained rooms in far cheaper hotels. And then there was the “extra mattress.” Calling that thing a mattress is an insult to mattresses everywhere. It was hard like a slab of stone. After paying premium room rates, expecting guests to actually sleep comfortably should not be considered an unreasonable demand. But the most frustrating part was the attitude at the front desk. The front desk lady was unbelievably rude and unpleasant. Even though our room was ready and we wanted to check in around 12 PM, instead of simply helping us, she appeared more interested in trying to impose an additional charge. Fortunately, the night-shift front desk staff were cooperative and reasonable, which was a welcome contrast. The difference between the two experiences was striking. What I simply cannot understand is how a hotel can charge premium prices for a room in this condition and still consider this an acceptable guest experience. A hotel room should not smell damp. A premium room should not have deteriorating furniture and leaks. Guests should not find insects in their breakfast. An extra mattress should not feel like sleeping on concrete. And basic courtesy at the front desk should not be something guests have to hope for. Most importantly, this is absolutely not the kind of environment I would recommend for families with young children. The combination of persistent dampness, unpleasant odour, poor maintenance and questionable food hygiene made the entire stay feel unhealthy and uncomfortable. We paid for the best room this hotel had to offer and received an experience that felt completely opposite to “premium.” If this is their definition of a premium room, I would strongly recommend saving your money and staying somewhere else. This hotel has managed to turn what should have been a comfortable family stay into an experience that we will remember for all the wrong reasons. Premium price. Poor maintenance. Questionable hygiene. Terrible hospitality. A thoroughly disappointing experience and absolutely NOT recommended.
