The hotel has serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance. I was initially given a room that had bedbugs, and after requesting a change, I was moved to another room where the toilet had a strong, unpleasant odor. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
The only positive aspect was the Treebo Central support team, who were responsive and tried to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the condition of the property itself was disappointing.
I would not recommend this property for a stay.

When my friend and I reached, we were given just one towel. Wifi didn't work for 2 days and on the 3rd day it took 1.5 to figure out the wifi and even when it worked , it stopped working every 3 hrs.
Staff was clueless about everything.
They took away the chair and didn't return even after asking for it.
The jet spray was leaking badly and took complaints, follow up reminders and one day to get fixed.
The drain was clogged in the bath area and it took complaints and one day to fix.
No hot water after 6pm
They didn't change dirty bedsheets for 3 days but kept saying we have changed. Finally I had to get it changed infront of me.
No liquid sop in the bath area and we had to ask for it and wait for it.
Basically you have managed and get everything fixed, ask for things many times and spend many hrs to get things working.
WiFi still didn't work so if you have important work calls it will be impossible to work from room.
10-12 tiny cockroaches in the room.
AC didn't work first two days.
Basically a very frustrating experience.
