    I had a very disappointing experience at this property during my stay last week. Despite calling and mailing the property in advance, I received no response from them, which already set a poor impression. On arrival, there was no one at the reception to assist with check-in. Guests should not be left unattended, especially after a long journey. The hotel seemed extremely understaffed, with just two employees who lacked proper knowledge about handling guests or basic hospitality etiquette. Compared to other Treebo hotels I have stayed at, this one was of far lower quality in terms of service, management, and overall experience. The manager was particularly uncooperative and not helpful at all in resolving concerns, which made the stay even more frustrating. The only positive part of the stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was prepared by a kind lady who did her job well. Overall, this property does not meet the standards expected from Treebo hotels, and I would not recommend it to others

    Place is near to Fort Kochi water metro station and also to beach. Good stay for solo travellers who prefer room than hostels.

    The location is convenient, as it is close to restaurants, the jetty, and bus access. However, cleanliness needs to be maintained better. They charge a high fee for early check-in and late check-out, which is disappointing. Also, the room utilities can be improved and should be properly maintained and kept clean. Overall, while the location is good, there is room for improvement in maintenance and guest convenience.
