Had king room very soft and comfortable bed but shower water was bit hard to adjust ever hot or cold it took a bit to get right very nice fish and chips wens night special and very good reception girls bar staff

Nice little estate to get in the country feel, with beautiful view of the mountains and Great Victorian Trail that runs past the hotel.
Decent restaurant too called Wild Water.
Pizzeria wasn’t open when we went, but it’s setting, decor and location facing the mountains looked awesome.

Our room was great and modern and comfortable, the rest of the place lets it down a little. The Granite bar is a bar with no atmosphere and is in a hallway with a few tables and chars, the place is severely under staffed and the main dining room was loud, and it really reverberates around the room. Breakfast is until 9.30 but when we went at 9, they were almost out of food, had to ask for more, but that happens when there are only 2 people and one of them is making coffee for all guests. Also, if you order an oat coffee, then maybe it should be made clear which coffee is which. Positives is that it is really close the the Goulburn Valley rail trail and to Seymour and the wine regions.
