Firstly, shout out to the manager at the front desk. I would give 0 rating if it wasn’t for her being super amazing.
Now to the other stuff - I got assigned a room that was already occupied but their system was showing it as empty. Then I was given a room in which the AC unit was probably older than me and the furniture was falling apart, literally the wooden cabinet door came out as I pulled it open. There was a TV but no remote. The bedsheets had stains and hair. I was again given another room and I’d again mention the amazing manager who was very apologetic and upgraded me to a better room. Third time was the charm. This room was better and had no obvious issues but still the furniture was old and the floor wasn’t really clean.
I don’t think I’ll stay there again. But that front desk manager deserves a raise for handling annoyed guests like myself with utter professionalism.

This motel is located in a newly developed commercial area, with restaurants and retail stores nearby, including a Whole Foods Market.
The property is accessible by bus from downtown Albany. While the area remains quiet in the evenings, the motel itself shows considerable age. My room had a persistent cigarette odor, and the bathtub was unusable due to a broken drain stopper.
The nighttime environment proved peaceful, with no noise disturbances.
The staff demonstrates genuine care and makes every effort to accommodate guests’ needs. Parking is available on-site.
