    Bed bugs at 201 room… got bitten in whole body …booked with complimentary breakfast but from reception they informed there is no complimentary breakfast and asked us to complain to agoda ..food taste was good but a la carte portions were way too small, ordered veg thali at night and got completely undercooked raw roti, could not eat…just after check in the main gate security guard show us the room at 2nd floor and stretched his hand for tips, when I told we just hv arrived and I will give him tips during departure , he said please give tip now as he will not be there tomorrow. After arrival when we ordered our first meal.. again 2 persons who brought food asked for tips… made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall experience was not good at all.

    They won't allow outside food so ordering will be not be an option...visit CA Market nearby to have Ur dinner or other essential marketing.

    Extremely bad experience. Booked online, and then denied check-in saying no rooms available at that price and I have to pay more and upgrade. It seems that they do it with every customer as they asked me to ask agoda to give me complimentary upgrade. After an hour of argument, they asked to post good review and then they can let me check-in. They don’t even allow outside food. The room was terrible. All they care about is getting money. The bedsheets were extremely dirty and the bed even had hairs. No cleanliness. Handwash was almost water, the room was smelly and the AC wasn’t working well. Don’t come here, if you don’t wanna be harassed!
