    You get a little capsule room , so you have much privacy . As a remote worker , I used the desk in my room and also the common area outside. The area is absolutely the best you can get , being next to the river it’s super quiet but still central. If you turn right , you’ll walk along a more rural area , with some cute cafes. Straightforward you have the river and the busy walking street - 2 min walk. The only thing I could comment on - the toilets have some bugs from outside because there’s many small windows. I guess covering them with a net would be good to minimize the bugs , but it really isn’t so bad. Lastly , after staying in dozens of hostels around Thailand and Europe (even luxury and capsule hostels) -Touchpai stood out as best and among the cheapest.

    New, clean, and in a quiet spot near the river, just 5 minutes walk from Walking Street. Private cubicles with desk and locker, shared bathrooms, fridge and coffee corner. Nice outdoor seating and hammocks. I stayed three weeks and highly recommend it!

    The only thing is I felt a little bit weird there’s no one checking the door in the hostal. Anyone could actually come in with someone that has the key. But I still felt safe, and it’s really good value for money. Lovely location, clean, hot shower that works well.. free coffee etc
