    It doesn't look like a hotel. People used to come with couples for a few hours and then go back. It is in a shopping mall. The staff's behavior is good, but they are not available 24 hours. In the morning, I called between 7 to 7:30 AM several times, but they didn't pick up. The hall of the mall was closed, and when I asked about the exit, they said to search for the emergency exit. There are many.

    This hotel is not at all like what you would expect or see in the photos, I am telling you honestly. I regretted booking this hotel. Although my stay was for three nights, the hotel was so good that I checked out after one night. (Everyone should understand what I mean.)There is no concern for cleanliness and nothing is done even when the customer asks for it. I would recommend that you cancel whatever plans you are making at this hotel, it will be better for all of you. And not at all for the family Thanks!!
