    A useful feature of this hotel is the balcony, which is especially convenient during Songkran as it provides space to hang and dry clothes. However, the overall room condition could be improved. There was a noticeable humid smell in the room, and the pillow also had an unpleasant odor. In addition, the water pressure was quite low, which affected comfort during the stay. Overall, the balcony is a practical advantage for travelers visiting during Songkran, but improvements in room freshness and bathroom facilities would make the stay much more comfortable.

    4/5/2026 I had a great stay here it’s nice basic and low cost and in a great location very close to W District and Soi 71 Thai street food, Burmese restaurants and the BTS and bars that sell big Bottles of Leo.
