Plus de chambre disponible à notre arrivée ! C'était la faute de booking et npus ne pouvions plus annulé. L'hôtel nous a dépanné avec une toute petite chambre équipée d'un lit en 120 pour deux avec un matelas fatigué au lieu de deux lits réservés et des équipements défectueux : pas de lampe de chevet, pas de frigo, pas d'alimentation pour le boitier électrique télé donc pas de visionnage possible... Heureusement la clim fonctionnait. On aurait aimé un geste commercial comme un petit déjeuner offert par exemple.

The location is definitely a highlight — easy to walk around and with good transport options nearby. The garden area was also a nice touch. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. The cleanliness was very poor, starting from the lobby, which felt dirty, and the toilet facilities, which were in terrible condition. Our check-in experience was also frustrating: after arriving with our luggage, the staff told us the room was booked under another name, even though I showed them my confirmed booking. The room size was smaller than expected, the facilities were lacking, and the breakfast quality was below average. While the staff tried to be helpful, these issues made the stay disappointing. This hotel has potential with its location, but it needs serious improvements in cleanliness, organization, and facilities to be worth recommending.
