The homestay is brand new, clean, and beautifully renovated. We had a small issue when we first checked in but the hosts handled it quickly and made sure everything was resolved. The homestay is run by a lovely and welcoming family. Everyone was incredibly kind friendly and always ready to help. We wish you every success with your new homestay. Thank you so much for your warmth and hospitality!

This is the most breathtaking view in Tam Coc. The place is quiet, very clean, and close to everything. If you're looking for tranquility and stunning views, and you've already been to Ninh Binh, I think you'll love this place. It's also a good option for a first visit, but don't expect the warm atmosphere of a traditional homestay or impeccable service: it's a very peaceful and lowkey place (the owners' young daughter took care of everything to help her parents during the season). You can also enjoy the lovely pool, the place is truly charming and relaxing. I highly recommend renting an e-bike rather than a regular one if you want to explore the surrounding area. I wish the family all the best!
