    It's not my first stay at Theodosius Hotel, It's always clean, the staff are friendly especially the manger who provided us with a great help, good price and the location is near to all transportations types Yenikapı Metro station that gets you almost to anywhere in İstanbul, Aksaray Tram and bus station, highly recommend

    1. I requested the curtain to be fixed but was never done as it bought sunlight in the early morning. 2. Heat starts during night and AC only during day time. 3. Cleaning person did not clean for 3 days on request made every day. No beds made no dirty towels removed from room. They kept piling up. 4. Internet service irregular. 5 . No TV in the room 6. Was first given a room without any windows so very closet of oblic.I had to plead them to give me a room with window even thou hotel was empty. 7. In house phone did not work being a new hotel!!!! I had to go more than 10 times at night to tell them to lower the heat….finally I shut off the heating/cooling system. 8 Aircondition is given only in the day time when you are not in the room . Then too once you leve your room and withdraw the room key the whole room electricity shuts down. So when you return the room is hot.due to direct sunlight entering from your window. Breakfast was limited only what they serve you. If you ask for hot milk they bring mild hot milk for your coffee. I had to request them everyday to microwave to make milk hit… No Customer Service. Lousy… will never stay at this hotel ever again. SEE PITURES ATTACHED.
