    The place, property and the view is awesome. Support staff is also very helpful. Only issue i faced was for everything you need to knock the staff door and ask them (like iron and the bedroom slippers) After spending 10k per day on the stay, i would expect these things to be present at the room. But rest everything was good, the food was very homely, i just loved it.

    So We chose this property based on what we now believe to be inflated reviews. First thing. take the trip only if you desire deafening silence and absolute nirvana. While solitude is a brilliant thought for most citigoers,this one is eerily silent. My biggest grouse is that for the price I paid, if I was to add a few more pennies like Ive always done at Coonoor, I would have enjoyed cutting edge hospitality with the choice of solitude or otherwise. The maintenance of bathroom fittings and the room fixtures is average. The mattress on the folding bed has perhaps given me a back niggle for a long time. Frankly, it was a misadventure for me in what is otherwise a beautiful locale.
