Light out in bathroom ,black mold by shower, curtain semi off rod. shade pulled down couldn't get it up, remote had no back batteries kept falling out, carpet frayed, and they were pull down beds which we had to crawl into which was hard for the 76 senior. They put us on second floor which we had to climb15 step to take our luggage in and to depart. Left early because of all these problems. Did not give any reimbursement

When we arrived they charged an extra $** which I thought was against Agoda policy. For the extra money I could have chosen a place closer to the center of town. I felt it was deceptive pricing. Also, the area of beach you’re allowed to go to on the hotel property is small and far from the boardwalk.
