    Had a great stay with Kempinski Chang sha for birthday. Special thanks to the friendly and super helpful customer relation staff - Lee Fen who helped to decorate the room and made a great surprise on my birthday. Truly make our stay unforgetable. Also would like to send my appreciation to the executive team lounge team for their great service.
