Very good

The location is convenient and close to the train station, but the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, as the hotel is right in the middle of the red-light district. We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but were told the “only available” room was one that smelled strongly of cigarettes. Another unpleasant surprise was their multi-night policy. It’s buried in the booking notes that if you stay more than one night, you have to check out by noon and then check back in at 6 p.m. If you want to stay in the room during those hours, they charge you extra. The cleanliness was also disappointing. There was roach spray in the room—and unfortunately, it seemed to be there for a reason. The linens didn’t feel fresh, the towels smelled moldy, and the cigarette smell seemed to permeate everything. They also provide only one room key, which means you can’t leave a key in the room to keep the power on and charge your devices while you’re out. The receptionist didn’t speak any English, so even communicating basic things required Google Translate. Overall, despite the convenient location, the poor cleanliness, cigarette smell, unusual check-in/check-out policy, and other inconveniences made this stay not worth the money.

The hotel is very accessible to Busan Station, subway, bus and taxi station. Quiet neighborhood and near olive young, restaurants, cafe and everything. The room is nice with bice beddings, cool aircon, complete bath necessities. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended and surely we will be back here

Near Busan KTX station, about 5min walk. They request additional xxx won cash for my 2 nights stay. Check in time a bit late, 6pm. Room was clean. Can store luggage at lobby.
