    i booked the hotel 3-4 days prior to my visit with all the check in instruction and facilities option alvailable like room with large king size bed, couple decor and ready to checkin room etc. + its is written on site that welcome drinks will be provided but when i visit they make me waited for hours by saying rooms are not ready and forget welcome drink they didn't even ask for water. Plus they didn't provide any facility that is mark while booking. they really need to improve.
