    10 mins drive to the clock tower so it's convenient. Attentive staff. No lift to 2nd Fl. but the staff helped w/ big bags up and down. The room is cleaned every day w/ tower changed. **A note to Chiangrai people. Tourist will not come if there's no noise control for the concert sound system. We were unable to sleep and many including local people were possibly suffered.
