I recently visted this places its quite at the outside hubli with greenery all around but only one this is the food opions are less n to order it was costing more but overall my stay was pretty good n keepers are truely friendly !

Before making the booking, I called the owner and specifically asked whether we would be allowed to use the swimming pool. He confirmed that we could.
However, our experience was very disappointing:
1. After reaching the resort, we had to wait for about 20 minutes just for booking confirmation.
2. They refused to accept my Voter ID and Driving Licence and insisted on the original Aadhaar card.
3. They argued with us and tried to cancel the booking, even though it was non-refundable.
4. Although I had already paid for the room online, they also collected a ₹500 security deposit, which was not mentioned anywhere during booking.
5. The room did not even have basic amenities like drinking water bottles or shampoo.
6. Finally, they refused to let us use the swimming pool and argued with us, despite the owner clearly confirming before booking that pool access was included.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience due to poor communication and misleading information. I would not recommend this property.
