    Wonderful stay at the Universal Grand Hotel. The room is big, clean and spacious. Do note that there no convenience store nearby or at Universal city walk, so get your drinks and snacks before heading over. The staff are all super helpful and friendly as well!

    The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Our every need was covered. We walked out there back door of the hotel and into the park, we felt very special. We will be back and bring all our family wonderful!
