Been staying at the Trout about 4 times per year for the last 30 years and always found the hosts to be kind and friendly in a very nice 'country Pub / B & B / Restaurant' located fairly centrally in Wales

Cooked breakfast was exceptional , but got a surprise no breakfast juice, no cereals, no pastries or croissant .
Staying 3 nights, and 2nd night ran out of coffee and tea also milk which curled my tea, it was out of date, ended up having to use my own milk and teabags etc. I asked for decaf tea, which I did get but left loose on the stairs , not even in a bag covered or in a dish, so un-hygiene, so just threw them in bin, also wasn't sufficient toilet paper in the bathroom.
Carpark was find in daylight, arrived in dark from evening out and no light available to see to get to the entrance door, thankfully had torch with me.
