The Strand Hotel

Hotel is very clean, located near metro station, many caffterias and pizzerias around with much affordable prices than i city center. Unfortunately has paper walls. Our neighbors behave like an animals mostly during the night, so we couldn't rest enough. It's not hotel's fold but keep it in mind.

The place is good but it could do better. It could use some upgrade and additions on the facility. Near to metro. Grocery, restaurants and pharmacy are just minutes away. Peaceful place around. But you can hear the people in other rooms and hallway. Surely will recommend this place who wants to stay in a hotel for a cheaper price like myself.

I read reviews after booking hotel and I was very concern, specifically due to bad reviews. When I reached hotel I got really good welcome from reception and room was very clean. I think this place is good value for money.

We booked because of the pool and close to metro, unfortunately pool was advertised, but in reality closed and not no be used to the customers.Advertising something for years, but many complaints from previous customers on same issue means misleading customers and should be lowered price and refunded customers...Also AGODA should be partially responsible, as the issue has been raised many times before, as we investigated via different sources... Another issue of false advertising is security parking, which is in reality paid xxx per night, as parking in public on the busy main road would be a bid difficult and as for foreign car plate number attractive to theft, dammage or so. The hotel itself may be ok, but it is whole night noisy from the main road, many ambulances passing with sirens around and landing aircraft's just above the roof... To know this reality I would hesitate to book in, rather Search elsewhere...
