    We had a great stay throughout the week. The hotel is in a private and isolated area, which is perfect for relaxation. It’s a short distance from Kuah Town, but easily manageable with transportation. Breakfast was good, with a nice balance between à la carte and buffet options. The beach area was well maintained. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel team – everyone was so friendly and genuinely happy. Tip: On Monday and Wednesday, there is a night market nearby.

    We stayed over 2 nights in King Suite with Plunge pool, the room itself was amazing but the best part our room is connected directly to the beach!! Also loove all the staff politeness & warm towards us...not to forget their super accomodating butler service. Would looove to come again in the future!

    Points for improvement: 1. Missing bed for third person upon check-in, even though mentioned beforehand in my booking. 2. Inconsistency in housekeeping. At times given four bath towels only. Sometimes two bath, two hand and two face towels. Placement of used bath slippers inconsistent. At times can be placed beside bed, at times near room entrance. 3. One piece chocolate offered at turn down on our second last day. Hand delivered by butler. Last day none. 4. L’orangerie - Served yellowed / brownish avocado on our Day 2. 5. When serving champagne during 6.30 pm event, preference given to Eurasian or Westerners. 6. Shower compartment water seepage through gaps resulted in wet bathroom floor. 7. L’orangerie - Breakfast lacked variety. 8. No big swimming pool or jacuzzi pool. 9. not exactly within control, but quite disappointed with the resort’s location; expecting to see and hear sea waves but reality is, always low tide and mud along beach. Good points: ◦ Good sized room with separate WC/shower, wardrobe. ◦ Good water supply pressure ◦ Nice evening champagne Not returning to stay if holidaying in Langkawi again.
