My stay here was deeply disappointing, and the experience completely failed to justify the high room price. Upon check-in, the room was not pre-chilled, and the complimentary water bottles were warm from sitting out for too long. Housekeeping was noticeably lacking; the floors hadn't been properly mopped and felt sticky. The bathroom was entirely missing basic amenities like soap, a disposable comb, and a toothbrush packet—let alone a hair dryer, which was completely out of the question.
The dining experience was equally frustrating. We placed an order from the restaurant and waited 40 minutes, only to find out when we called to check on the delay that our dish was unavailable, completely wasting our time. To make matters worse, only about 30% of the items listed on their menu were actually available to order. Given the severe lack of basic hospitality, cleanliness, and service, I cannot recommend this hotel at its current price point.
