Nice place, quiet in the North.

Although the recipet indicates that I paid sum including taxes, and shows the separated sums and paid total. I was requested to pay again even showing them the recipet didn't help. Also 80% hostel is empty they shov lots of people in 1 room. Very noisey. And one of the receptionist is very unpleasant each time I come here. This us definitely the last time and this is clearly discrimination baced.

The hostel is clean, with nice and surprisingly spacious capsules. The kitchen could be improved- there didn't seem to be any cups or mugs when I was there (though there are plastic cups in the lobby by the water cooler).
The quality of the staff was mixed. I was kept waiting to check in for 40 minutes, because the one staff member who was supposed to be behind the desk was busy, and no one else seemed to be available. That would have been fine, except for his unprofessional attitude- at one point he returned to the desk and acted like he was about to check me in, but typed on the computer for 5 minutes straight without once looking at me, then walked away without a word, as if I wasn't there. Several other guests were waiting to check in behind me, and we were left staring at each other in disbelief.
The person who finally did check me in was professional.
If you're booking a capsule and have mobility issues, make sure to specify that you want one with a bed at floor level (mine could only be accessed by a ladder).
