Reviewed today I’ve just returned home after an unforgettable stay at the Sindbad Hotel Hammamet, and I can wholeheartedly say I would love to return. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. My half-board booking was a culinary delight — breakfast and dinner offered an impressive variety of dishes, all freshly prepared with great care. Every meal felt like a celebration Tunisian speciality of flavours. The hotel’s setting is simply exquisite. Nestled in peaceful surroundings, it provided the perfect escape from the bustle of the city. Each day, I enjoyed swimming in the crystal-clear sea, while the indoor pool offered a refreshing alternative — always spotless and inviting. Cleanliness was a consistent theme throughout the property, from the common areas to my room, which was immaculate and thoughtfully arranged with attention to every detail. The staff deserve special mention: professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality made me feel cared for at every moment. On Tuesday evening, all guests were invited to a cocktails and nibbles reception — a wonderful opportunity to mingle, enjoy delicious bites, and soak in the hotel’s lively yet elegant atmosphere. One of my favorite experiences was wandering through the hotel’s lush gardens. They are beautifully landscaped, offering a tranquil haven where I could unwind and reflect. The gardens felt like a sanctuary, a peaceful contrast to the vibrant chaos of Hammamet’s streets, which I also loved exploring. Whether on foot or by taxi, discovering the city was a joy, and as a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The combination of exquisite surroundings, exceptional food, attentive service, and a genuine sense of safety made my stay truly memorable. Thank you to everyone at the Sindbad Hotel for creating such a special experience. I will definitely be visiting again. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the General Manager for his attentiveness, and to Fehri and his dedicated beach team. Every day they went out of their way to ensure I had a chair or lounger, and even when umbrellas were scarce, they brought out their special tool to dig and install one just for me — a gesture that truly made me feel cared for. My gratitude also goes to Mohamed at the Shehrazed restaurant. His friendliness and attentiveness were remarkable; he consistently ensured my chair was tucked in and out with care, making me feel genuinely welcomed each evening. Breakfast was another highlight thanks to Hazem, whose warm service set the tone for each day. He always had strawberry juice ready for me and prepared my coffee with thoughtful attention, making mornings feel personal and special. I would also like to thank Ramzi, the Spa Manager, for taking the time to walk me through all the treatments and facilities. His team provided the best Hammam and massage I’ve experienced, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. To all of you — thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication. You turned my stay into something truly memorable.
