I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times always a good enjoyable stay but this time I was greeted with dirty bedsheets and throw with dirty marks ! I brought it to the reception attention and she moved me to a different room. Kindly just address tha issue with who ever dropped the ball . I’ll be back again as I love this hotel

Most beautiful views and decor. Staff need more training. We've stayed there a few times and every time we were presented with incorrect billing at the end. No bar service around pool. No towels. Waited very long for dinner service. Could not watch tv at all in our room with slow internet provider

Place has an amazing view but not in 2025 you don’t have network coverage AT ALL. They give you WI-FI that only connects when downstairs at reception. NO HOT WATER in the shower at any given time! 1 Charge point in the room only by kitchen sink. No aircons in the room. No parking space at all. Their breakfast buffet, waited for 20min for each plate they kept running out of food. You guys can do better!
