We stayed 4D3N in a 1-Bedroom Suite at Building 3. Overall, the stay was fine, but for the price (around ***/night), I expected a more premium experience, so I couldn’t give it 5 stars.
The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi. The signal and speed were poor throughout the property and completely dropped in some areas (the bedroom, bathroom, and even parts of the beach). It was only reliable in the living room. A few smaller issues also added up: our luggage wasn’t delivered to the room as promised, the TV remote didn’t work, the bathroom door somehow locked from the outside even though we never used the lock, and there was no complimentary bottled water.
On the positive side, the suite’s kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, a dishwasher, and a microwave, which was great if you plan to cook. The bathroom also had a washer and dryer with detergent provided, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our meal at Hemingway—the salads were delicious, although the wait was a bit long and the service wasn’t particularly warm. The pool and beach were beautiful and well maintained. We also booked an excursion with Caicos Dream Tours right in front of the resort, and the staff there—especially one of the male crew members—was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I’m a little disappointed as it was 4star, we stayed for 5 days and there was a string floss in the bathroom and I purposely did not pick it up to see if they will sweep or clean but it was there since we arrived and it was still there when we left. Otherwise, we made the most of our stay as all staff are friendly.

This resort was quaint and reasonable for the location, quick drive from the airport. Beach was absolutely beautiful and there were lots of great restaurants that were within walking distance. It was our first time to the island so I’m not sure if this is normally, but it was a very “sleepy” resort. The restaurant closes fairly early. The staff (other than check in) seemed annoyed that we were there.

It’s so expensive and on top of it they are trying to make money out of everything. They don’t even provide a complimentary bottle of water. You have to go to a shop which is also inside the hotel and buy it. Restaurant prices are also so high.
