    Excellent stay unfortunately the restaurant was not open that evening but just a 10 minute stroll into Southwold for evening meal. Brilliant breakfast in the morning.

    The room is pretty nice, but the pillows are to soft. I had noticed the masky smell in our room. But the beach is just 1 min walk plenty. Cafes, shop. And the hotel have their own car park.

    Only stayed overnight unfortunately after visiting family in the area but wished it was longer . Lovely stay .Everything you could want . Lovely breakfast & the sea is literally just over the road behind the dunes Helped that weather was fab too.
