    Overall it isn't the worst experience, but there are better accomidations in the surrounding area. The location is great and the Staff were exceptional. The lobby and cafe were very nice, my main issue was with my room. Hopefully not all the rooms were like mine but it was in very much need of a renovation. I've stayed in some questionable places all over the world, and compared to those Riverside was not that bad, however, for the price I paid, the location, and based on how nice the lobby and other facilities were...I guess I was just thrown off to see how my room looked. Paint peeling and markings all over the walls and furniture, dirty floor, like I said just needs some renovation. Biggest issue was the "HVAC" situation: there was no air conditioning, no fan, and the windows do not open...so I spent the whole time sitting in basically a sweaty oven. I know AC is not always a common practice in South Korea, but no ventilation or fans make it very uncomfortable in the warmer months.

    Excellent staff service and assistance. My only feedback is the hotel room looks abit worn out aircon was making a lot of noise and lift lobby smell of mould.

    I stay at this hotel occasionally, but there are some very serious hygiene issues. In one room, the bathroom was covered with mold. This time, the air conditioner was covered with black mold, and the strong moldy smell made my stay very uncomfortable. When I woke up in the morning, I coughed up blood-tinged phlegm. Please, at the very least, ensure that basic cleaning and hygiene standards are properly maintained.

    One of the worst hotels I’ve ever had to stay at. I got to the hotel and I could smell an awful Odour and as I got into the lift it got worse the lifts are run down and the carpets are absolutely awful there is a odour like old cigarette and mould through the whole hotel the walls are yellow and covered in dirt. The shower is awful and the feathers were coming out of the pillows. Also I thought there was a gym and there is but it’s only for MEN .. ? What so half the facilities here are old outdated smelly and I couldn’t even use the gym… more like this is a dirty run down business man’s hotel. At check In the staff just said ok all done bye. It’s like they are too scared to ask questions or admit the Place needs to be knocked down .. apparently it is due for a refit in the next year or so.
