    Hotelul este departe de centru pe jos, personalul este rece. Am calatorit cu un bebeluș și la micul dejun au venit foarte greu sa ne ia comanda, bebe si-a pierdut rabdarea si nu am reusit sa mancam, nu au acceptat sa ne decazam mai târziu desi aveau disponibilități, am verificat. Totul foarte curat și atenți la amănunte dar fără latura umana și înțelegere. Apa piscinei foarte rece exclus de mers cu un copil. Deși bebe dormea la ora 16 când nu mai era voie cu bebe ne-au pus sa îl trezim ca să plecam. Aer de superioritate la personal si repet o lipsa totala de empatie. Noi cu siguranță nu ne-am întoarce.

    This beautiful hotel was in perfect position only few minutes from the action. After being welcomed by very friendly & helpful staff,we went to our large courtyard view room (not much of a view but chosen for the quiet). We heard no noise at all during our stay. Nice large marble bathroom with great shower & products. Concierge also excellent & pool area very nice with pool not cold so very swimable. (Lucky as there is no spa pool unfortunately) Pool could get quite busy & many kids jumping & playing ball- unusual in a Ritz. Overall the hotel didn’t have the WOW factor of some other Ritz’s we have stayed in, but still highly recommended.

    Its nice overall with a perfect location, I don’t know if this happens with all or just Me its unprofessional way, i paid the deposit in cash and the room upgrade by visa, and next day i got notified from my bank that there is an attempt on my visa by 150€, when i asked the next day they said by mistake adding on that they took a deposit on the visa without even asking my permission, and the reason they said its automatic from the system because we opened a new window room for you, so double deposit on previous room and upgraded room.
