    We have had super luxurious amazing time with room service views to die for from every room including the bathtub huge comfortable bed. Valet parking all amenities up to the standard outdoor infinity pool overlooking Lizabeth Quay was nice n warm swimming in winter outdoor perfect bonus outdoor spa heated to perfection sauna steaming n relaxing Definitely would highly recommend

    I was looking forward to return to my hotel every evening! Everything was so comfortable and the room has ample space for 2 adults.

    Booked a 2-night, 2-room stay for my wife's birthday, expecting the premium service associated with the Ritz-Carlton brand. Instead, we experienced consistent disappointment and unacceptable service failures. The birthday acknowledgment was mishandled from the start, with staff confusing who the celebration was for (me instead of my wife) and even addressing the cake incorrectly. This lack of attention to detail persisted: reception was frequently unreachable ("busy" message), housekeeping failed to service our rooms by 3+ PM requiring us to chase them, and simple requests like asking repeatedly for water were met with delays and incorrect fulfillment (getting 2 bottles instead of the requested 8). The check-out process was chaotic and stressful, especially as we had a flight to catch. Despite confirming a 12 PM late check-out, our keycards were deactivated after 11 AM. This wasted valuable time. Furthermore, a requested 12 PM bellboy never arrived (waited until 12:15 PM), and phone calls again went unanswered, forcing me to manage luggage for our family of six plus two baby strollers alone. Incredibly, after loading the car, the keycards were again deactivated, barring me from the rooms and lifts. For a luxury hotel, these basic service failures – communication, housekeeping, request fulfillment, and honoring agreed arrangements like late check-out – are simply unacceptable. It turned a special occasion into a frustrating ordeal. We will not be returning.
