    호텔은 굉장히 넓고 깔끔하고 좋아요. 전망도 좋고. 굉장히 만족스런 숙소였는데 다소 실망스러운 부분들이 몇개 있었습니다. 첫번째, 숙소에 도착했을때 방으로 짐을 가져다주는 서비스를 해주셨는데 캐리어를 가져가시면서 번호가 적힌 종이를 줬습니다. 그걸 체크인할때 보여드리고 방으로 올려다주는거냐고 했는데 맞다면서 종이를 가져가셨어요. 그러고 방이 아직 준비되지 않았는데 15분안에 준비될 예정이고 문자를 준다고 했습니다. 근데 30분이 지나도록 연락이 안와서 프론트로 직접 가보니 방이 준비됐다고해서 방으로 올라갔어요. 바로 스케줄이 있어서 나가려고 했는데 20분이 지나도록 캐리어가 도착하지 않아 또 프론트 데스크에 전화했더니 번호를 아냐고 저에게 물어봤습니다. 그 번호가 적힌 종이를 가져가놓고..? ㅋㅋ 그래서 결국 이것도 지체가되고 캐리어가 겨우 더착했는데 이름이 없어서 찾는데 애를 먹었대요. 근데 저희한테 이름을 물어본적이 없습니다..? 그건 체크인할때 직원이 종이를 가져갔으니 그들끼리 소통이 됐어야하는 부분 아닌가요. 두번째, guest service 가 너무 느립니다. 밥을 먹으려고 전자레인지를 요청했는데 정말 과장없이 50분은 기다렸어요. 밥 먹고 쓰레기도 다 버렸을 시간이죠. ㅋㅋ 너무 안와서 전화를 두번이나 다시 걸었는데 죄송하다는 말 뿐. 결국 50분 후에 가져다줬습니다. 그래서 밥 못 먹었어요. 리조트비가 너무 비싼데 이런 서비스가 너무너무 별로여서 실망스러웠어요. 그리고 마지막 세번째 제일 중요. 처음에 호텔 체크인할때 deposit card를 걸어놓고 그 카드에 모든 추후 발생하는 비용이 charge되는 형식인데 resort fee부터 해서 아침 식사, 구명조끼 비용까지 총 1000달러 가량 청구가 됐습니다. 그게 숙소에 머무는 동안 이미 나눠져서 카드에서 돈이 빠져나갔는데 체크아웃하고 이틀 후 제 카드에서 돈이 또 빠져나갔어요. 총 300만원. 적은 비용도 아니고 제가 확인하지 않았다면 그대로 나갔을거라는 생각에 화가 났습니다. 그냥 비싼 돈 주고 다른 숙소 가세요 여러분 ㅎㅎ 좋긴 하지만 이런 큰 실수가 너무 많습니다. 직원들끼리 소통이 너.무 안되는거같아요. 지금까지 제가 겪은 모든 이 불편한 사항들은 시스템이 제대로 갖춰지지 않아서 발생했다고 생각합니다. 매우 실망.

    I expected little more from Ritz Carlton. The rooms were outdated for the price. Location was very secluded and has very limited in activities.
