    I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful. Their positive attitude made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. What impressed me most was that they even invited us to view the room first to ensure it met our expectations before finalizing everything. This level of consideration and customer service is something I truly appreciated. The room itself was not particularly luxurious or equipped with the latest modern furnishings, but it was clean, neat, and well-maintained. Everything was organized properly, and the overall environment felt comfortable and suitable for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping standards were satisfactory, and the room provided all the basic necessities needed. Considering the price, I believe the hotel offers good value for money. While it may not provide a high-end luxury experience, it delivers exactly what one would reasonably expect at its price point. The combination of a clean room, comfortable environment, and excellent customer service from the staff made my stay enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant place to stay.

    Last minute booking for the room. Price is value for money but the only problem is the room that is next to the lift. You can hear knocking sound and motor moving sound whenever people is using the lift. You only sleep between 1am to 4am because these are the times no one uses the lift. Want to change room? Fully booked. So, you decide your own to stay or to leave. Towel, packed in a seal plastic bag but already old and torn. No kettle nor water dispensing machine. Room not properly maintained. Cobwebs is everywhere.
