    मैंने ऑनलाइन बुकिंग की है। 4 दिन पहले किया.जब मैं उस दिन पहुंच गया तो जो मुझे रूम दिया गया। जो रूम बुकिंग का समय दिख रहा था वैसा रूम नहीं दिया। फिर भी कोई बात नहीं... और तो और जो कमरा दिया गया उस कमरे की खिड़की में कपड़ा परदा नहीं था और खिड़कियों का शीशा पारदर्शी था। कोई व्यक्ति कमरे में ताकझांक कर सकता था जब रिसेप्शन को बोला तो जवाब दिया -- रिसेप्शन ने कि मेरे पास कोई और दूसरा रूम उपलब्ध नहीं है। मैं सुनो कर मैं चौंक गया। ये क्या बोल रहा है रिसेप्शनिस्ट......! मैंने बोला ऑनलाइन बुकिंग का कुछ भी मूल्य नहीं है फिर बहुत अनुरोध के बाद दूसरा Room दिया मजबूरी में मुझे लेना पड़ा क्योंकि ऑनलाइन बुकिंग के समय मैंने पूरा भुगतान कर चुका था ....होटल वालो ने 30 मिनट तक इधर उधर करवाया. जबकी मैं होटल दोपहर 12.45 PM बजे ,15/08/25 पहुच गया. अब उस कमरे का खेल देखिये। टी.वी. पूरा का पूरा डेड...... शिकायत किया 15 मिनट के बाद आया 30 मिनट तक कोशिश नहीं हुई। मैं बोला छोड़ दो भैया रहने दो अब। ईसी बिच AC का रिमोट नहीं था बोलने पर फिर दूसरे कमरे का लाकर दिया रिमोट लेकिन वो भगवान भरोसे रिमोट था बेकार, फिर कॉल किया डोरमैट - स्लीपर्स नहीं है ईश विषय पर 4 कॉल किया तो एक घंटा बाद तोलिया लाकर दिया की इसी से काम चलाये, ये है घटिया सर्विस। और उसके कमरे में भी धूल थी, नाइट ब्लब टूटा हुआ था बेकार सिर्फ शो के लिए लगा था जिसका फोटो वीडियो बना लिया गया। चाय केतली टूटी हुई. ना चाय कॉफी दूध कुछ नहीं था.जब रिसेप्शन बार-बार शिकायत किया तो बोला बेजवा देता हूं.और बाथरूम में जो इस्तेमाल होने वाला सामान सिर्फ सिंगल पर्सन के लिए था. कितना रिसेप्शन को कॉल करूं I फिर हमलोग खुद को एडजस्ट कर लिया। मैंने आज तक इतना घटिया इंसानियत वाला होटल नहीं देखा। बहुत दिल से दुख हुआ कि राजगीर रेजीडेंसी होटल, राजगीर में क्यों गया। हमदोनो.?? रूम का वीडियो & फोटो प्रूफ के तौर पर मेरे मोबाइल में है .
