    The resort is located at very nice location and the facilities are also good but the staff and their services are terrible. They had denied to serve us the food we wanted in breakfast. Argued multiple times over false orders. Didn’t maintain proper cleanliness in washrooms. They were very rude and arrogant. They should learn how to talk to the customers.

    Mr. Bharat was very responsive and helpful as my car had a flat tire 1 km before reaching the property. The route to the property is very bad. But the peace and quiet makes up for it. The food is average but since the property is at least 5-6 kms away from the highway. You don't have any other options. I had booked a private pool suite. The pool was filled up with water 1 hour prior my scheduled check out time. Mr. Bharat extended my checkout by an hour and half which is good but the entire point of booking a private pool is rendered useless. Lastly, some of staff is under trained. They created unnecessary confusion related to breakfast being included or not.

    Our recent stay at The Premier Gir Resort was truly enjoyable. We visited as a group of 10 family members spanning three generations, and the resort catered to everyone perfectly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the hospitality was excellent, and the staff made sure all our needs were taken care of. The peaceful surroundings and tasty food made our Gir trip even more special. We would happily choose this resort again for our next family vacation.

    Rooms are good but property is very small and operates with very less staff. I had to go to collect my drinking water as they had no staff available
