    I start with the weakness.......Location Crowded...very busy area hard to get parking but easy to get GRAB Now the position strength....... comfortable bed, clean room, have lif easy to Carry heavy luggage, Reminder to prepare Deposit Money but it Refundable

    Pros: Great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Cons: 1) The bathroom floor has an oil paint-like finish, making it quite slippery when wet. Guests should be extra careful to avoid slipping. 2) The hotel does NOT accept or hold parcels for guests, which was quite frustrating. It would be helpful if this policy were clearly stated on Agoda or the hotel's booking page so guests can plan accordingly. During my stay, I was expecting a Shopee delivery and ended up staying in the hotel for 2 whole days because I was worried the rider would arrive while I was out. I even had to order food delivery instead of going out for lunch. It would be appreciated if the hotel could make an exception by holding parcels for a short period (for example, a few hours or up to 24 hours), especially for checked-in guests. The staff explained that they could not accept parcels because they did not want to be responsible for them. While I understand their concern, parcels are clearly labeled with the guest's name, and many hotels, parcel lockers, and collection points are able to handle this without issue. Even if the policy remains unchanged, clearly informing guests before they book would help avoid inconvenience.
