    but I would like to express my disappointment regarding my stay. I paid a premium price for this room, so I expected a comfortable stay and a room that met an acceptable standard. Unfortunately, the bathroom ceiling was leaking, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel charging this rate. I don’t think it’s fair that I paid such a high price but received a room with this kind of maintenance issue. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider providing an appropriate explanation or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

    The Pines Melaka Hotel is in gd location. The rooms are clean and well maintained with comfortable bedding. Though the furniture are slightly run down, I appreciated the spacious layout & the beautiful view from my room. The staffs are friendly & helpful. Thank you

    Behind the basin was moldy and dirty. Looks like cleaned for a long time. Other than that I have no other issue.
