    My Fiancé celebrated his birthday here last June and I left a request to the hotel if they could give him a complimentary cake - and instead they gave him a whole decorated room complete with balloons and banner! We were so shocked when we entered the room, they even took a video of our reaction for us! They are best!!! Room was huge! Aircon was cold and the very nice smell on the room lasts for days. Downside was that we stayed for 3 days and yet we weren't able to use other facilities like karaoke room since they said that there's are long term guest renting and they used the karaoke room as their dining area. (like why would they allow that????? It's the hotel's facility and it's for everyone to enjoy) Anyhow, dining choices are limited but if you're looking for peace and less crowded area to enjoy the beach and the sunset - This is the best!

    Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The staff members (even at the restaurant) were accommodating, even helping us with navigating the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, and there was clean running water in the bathrooms. There's a gym and pool just across the hotel, and the hotel has restaurants close to it. The hotel has a good beachfront view and if you walk a bit more, there's a food park just right around.

    It's near the beach and near the "perya" area.Not recommended if you have companions who have difficulty walking as there's no elevator. The room was good. We might book this place again when we get a chance to go back for a beachcapade

    The hotel seems to be fairly new so the overall appearance was pretty good especially in comparison to some other hotels in the area. There are several areas that can be improved on. I asked to speak with the manger 3-4 times times but the employees did not know when she was going to be at work. I was told several times later in the day or after lunch but she never came. There was no refrigerator in the room, no hand towels, the curtains were poorly fitted to the windows which allowed lots of light in the room. The "free breakfast'' was very misleading. The 300 peso extra per person that I paid when booking the room was not worth it all; small coffee, two pieces of bacon, one egg, and two pieces of dry toast. There is a "special menu" for the free breakfast to make your selection from, but all the items were very small portions and not as good as the regular breakfast menu items. Had I know the free breakfast was going to be so sparse and limited I would have preferred to just buy something on the regular menu. The WiFi did not work most of the time, and there is no cable TV. There is no shower door on the shower and the shower drain is not sloped sufficiently enough to drain the water, so the entire bathroom floods every time the shower is used. Not only does it cause a slip hazard but results in water being tracked all over the room, making quite the mess, especially since there are no extra towels in the room. There is not an elevator on the property so for those who cannot climb three flights of steps take into consideration when booking. There is not a telephone in the room and the few times I needed to contact the front desk I tried to call the number on my cell but no answer so I had to go down three flights of steps several times to speak with the reception desk employee. Upon entering the barangay where the hotel is located we had to pay a 30 peso per person environmental fee, so I thought the beach would be clean. The two days we stayed in the hotel there were large amounts of trash on the beach just in front of the hotel. On the bright side there is a nice fitness center and pool on the property as well as two nice, clean restaurants that serve good food at a reasonable price. Nice selection of beers
