    This hotel is a complete waste of money. I booked a Super Deluxe Room for my family holiday, expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. There was water leakage from the tap, no packed drinking water was provided, and the AC was continuously dripping water onto the bed. There was also no proper daily room cleaning or housekeeping service. The room maintenance was very poor, and the overall experience completely spoiled our family holiday. The hotel management seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest services. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.
