    I was on business trip and this is the first time I had booked. On my my surprise they upgraded my room to suit room which had massage sofa. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff were attentive. The location is also at mid on the city. Overall very good stay

    One of the Finest Hotels in Patna...Staffs are well trained and very professional. Food options are limited but overall it is excellent.

    I checked in on 30th october however checkin process took 15 min for no justified reason. Further the room alotted was too small this was more frustrating. Later while checking out the staff came and said we were sending the complimentary snacks but what the use of it when it was served after 3 hrs of my check in.. even check out took 15 min. I believe the lady at the reception is not completely not aware of the process which is anytime very frustrating. Paying 5200 for a place with no service and professionalism is totally a waste. People can rather prefer lemon tree which is just beside panache but would not recommend staff if you want professional staff behavior
