I truly enjoyed my entire stay! The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. I celebrated my birthday there, and they surprised me with a complimentary cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I also loved the restaurant, especially the à la carte menu and breakfast buffet. The jacuzzi and gym were great too. Highly recommended!

The hotel's facilities were superb and exceeded expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was very disappointing. Although we arrived before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, we were only able to access our room approximately 1.5 hours later (04:30 pm). While delays can occasionally happen, what made the situation more frustrating was the response from the hotel manager (male), who appeared indifferent to the inconvenience caused. We were told that the delay was due to the Eid holiday and the high volume of guests. However, peak holiday periods are predictable, and guests should reasonably expect the hotel to be adequately prepared to manage increased occupancy without significantly affecting check-in times. The situation was particularly challenging because we were traveling with our 5-month-old baby, who became increasingly fussy while waiting in the lobby. Despite the circumstances, there was no sincere apology or meaningful effort to address the delay, which left a negative impression and diminished our excitement for the stay. While the hotel did offer a late checkout as a gesture of goodwill, it did not fully compensate for the inconvenience and poor first impression caused by the delayed check-in. Given the otherwise excellent facilities, the lack of customer care and professionalism during our arrival was especially disappointing.

Definitely we will come back.

Great location was able to see Lusail Boulevard fireworks for NYE...However, Area is under construction...nothing really close by within walking distance. Fortunately we had a rental car. Hotel is modern and rooms are nice but they had no heating function and late December is very cold in Qatar. Also there was signs of wear and tear in the rooms. Bathroom kept running out of hot water. The breakfast was also a bit chaotic. Small area for large amount of guests. Staff was overwhelmed. Overall it was an ok stay just for the NYE fireworks. But would rather stay in West Bay or City Center next time.
