    This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches inside the room, which is completely unacceptable. The bed had old, badly smelling bedsheets, making it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. The room itself had a foul smell, and overall cleanliness was very poor. On top of that, the check-in process was painfully slow, and a lot of unnecessary time was wasted at the reception with no proper explanation or apology. This hotel does not meet even basic hospitality standards. Definitely not worth the money and I would strongly advise others to avoid On Time Hotel.
